It is always best to check our Council page for your local Council tree information, there it will provide you with a list of trees that can be removed without permission. If you have any questions, we are more than happy to help. We will always advise you at the time of inspection if the tree needs Council approval before it can be removed. It is important that you ensure a Council Permit is attained before removal as fines can be very high for unauthorised works.
Permission is always needed from the owner of the tree before any work can proceed. At the time of inspection SCMTS Arbor Works will advise the next step to take before work can begin. It is always best to check with your Local Council in regards to the permits required before pruning any tree.
We are fully insured and qualified to handle any size job. We carry $20 million Public Liability as well as Worker’s Compensation and Professional Indemnity Insurance and can provide copies of these if requested.
SCMTS Arbor Works provides an obligation free quote between the hours of 7am-3pm Monday – Friday. The initial consultation is for 15 minutes. Quotes are then emailed and valid for 3 months
